Welcome back to another chapter of the Turner ISBI! The family was waiting for the heir to be chosen before they could more onto the next chapter.
I know it’s been a while longer than I planned to get this next chapter out, but life had other ideas for me. I was lucky to get the poll up and done prior to a busy start of the summer. Let’s see who won as the next heir!!!

Amelia! She got two additional votes over Avery but it was a close run.
Next generation can’t start until Amelia ages up to a YA so we have a bit more time with Jaysen as the current TH. Let’s see what happens in this chapter.
Now that heir has been decided, time to say goodbye to Aaron. He is confidently leaving to explore the world around him. I’m sure we’ll see Aaron again as I’m sure he will visit.
The teens in the house are all doing their own things, Ariel is painting while Avery trolls the forums and Amelia repairs the sink. The handiness skill will come in handy for Amelia when she gets to be TH, she’ll be fixing a lot of broken items.
Jaysen gets the family together for a cheerleading practice. Ariel and Amelia are in cheerleading so this will help them get higher in their after school activity. The rest are happy to build a bit of fitness skill from this.
The girls all go to prom together and dance the night away in their beautiful dresses.
Prom royalty is Calvin Kealoha and Prom jester is Hilary Lewis. The teens aren’t friends with them but they do know them.
After prom party at the pier. A bunch of friends spend time together and hanging out.
Avery got tired and passed out. The after party ended pretty quickly after that. I didn’t want anyone passing out again. -5 pts
Back at home, Dina is learning to play the guitar.
Family heads to the flea market, even Aaron comes to spend time with family.
Jaysen purchases a lamp for the house. He got a very good deal on it.
The family spends times listening to the performer. She doesn’t do too bad with a homemade guitar.
The family plays basketball together. Many of the family spends the time chatting instead of playing but everyone is having fun and that’s all that matters.
Amelia got promoted to a team member of the cheer squad which Ariel is cheer captain. This could cause drama but Ariel is aging up soon so I doubt it.
Dina got another promotion! Level 7 of the Culianary career – Mixology branch.
Avery got her A in school! +5pts.
Ariel fixing the tub but she doesn’t clean it.. What a disgusting tub!
Dina’s Midlife crisis is over, it helped that we did get to complete a couple of items but most of them required us to control her.
Ariel’s birthday is here! Another child is ready to age into a Young Adult! Her last trait is Good as mentioned during the heir poll. Her aspiration is Super parent as she had a teen aspiration before.
Ariel received the Compassionate and the Responsible traits. +10pts
Ariel complete the first level of her aspiration immediately. Super parent aspiration requires some money to be spent on kids stuff and become an adult. Both of those are easy to finish with all the stuff already in this house for kids. +5pts
Ariel is moving out now too. Family is getting quite small with only 4 sims in the house.

Aaron stops by for a visit and talks to Dina. We also give him a key so he can visit whenever he wants.
Jaysen has his birthday and ages up to a elder! I can’t believe the first generation is getting so old now. Seems like just yesterday I started with this guy. He looks so unhappy in the elder picture but he didn’t stay sad for too long.
Jaysen maxed out the fishing skill in the nearby pond. +2pts
Ariel stopped by with a birthday present for Jaysen. Turns out to be some gummy bear pancakes. That would definitely cheer anyone up who’s sad about getting older.
Twins head to their last prom, I’m hoping that Amelia meets someone that could possibly be a potential spouse. Avery spends most of the night dancing alone, where Amelia dances with Rhett Scott who could be a potential heir. The prom royalty for this prom is Rowan Feng and prom jester is Paige Hundred.
Amelia spends a few moments with Orson Kealoha at the prom too. He’s another potential spouse for her. They get along so well in such a short time.
After prom party, we make sure that Orson and Rhett are added to the group but looks like Rhett doesn’t stay. Orson is here so that’s good.
Avery spends some time talking with prom royalty, Rown Feng whild Amelia gets up on stage and plays guitar for everyone. She’s got no skills in guitar and never picked up the one at home but someone still gave her a 2$ tip. Maybe they were hoping she’d stop playing if they tipped her. lol
Amelia and Avery spend a little time together socializing, they know their time living together is getting shorter. They get along so well sometimes.
Dina completed a milestone of her aspiration by getting mixology skill up to level 8. +5pts
Amelia decides to take up yoga, she doesn’t stick with it for too long.
Amelia brings home another friend from school, his name is Jarod Ito, but no one really talks to him while he’s here. It’s another possibility for an spouse for Amelia, but he is rather young and has a lot more time as an teen than Amelia does. So he’s likely not an option.
Avery got home from school, did her homework and passed out while eating food. She knew she was tired after school but still did everything else before getting into bed for even a nap. -5pts
I got a notice that Haylee Markovic, Nina Caliente’s oldest has aged up to a child. So I added a picture of all the kids in that family. Starts with child Haylee, toddler Shayla in the middle and Nina’s step daughter Andrea Wood who is also a toddler. No I didn’t get that wrong, Andrea is not related to the other two even though she looks a lot like Haylee. Shayla looks a lot more like her deceased dad, Mateo.
We’re going to end the chapter here, and hopefully finish Jaysen’s reign as TH in the next chapter. Let’s take a look at the points.
